I'm Victoria Raygorodskaya and I'm so delighted that you're here! My personal journey with somatics and coaching practices hasn't just been transformative—it saved my life. I now seek to pay it forward by helping others come back home to themselves and create a life they've always dreamed of.
Until 2017, each day was a struggle, filled with panic attacks and intrusive thoughts, as I grappled with the relentless grip of PTSD and OCD symptoms. Despite feeling depleted, a spark of determination ignited my healing journey. Somatic practices and the guidance of fulfillment coaching became my compass, helping me not only manage my symptoms but also create a life I deeply love.

In this transformative voyage:

Yoga teacher training showed me how to take up space with my body, rediscover the melody of my authentic voice, and move in a sacred dance with my higher self on and off the mat.

Somatic Release Breathwork enabled me to express the unsung notes of repressed trauma, invite more of what serves into my body, and gently guide myself back to tranquility after the storm.

Somatic psychotherapy (both being in it and now studying it) has taught me how to cultivate inner resources, weave the lost parts into the fabric of my being, and physically release my pain body.

The corporate climb invited profound self-awareness, recognizing what fueled my spirit and what drained it, ultimately guiding me towards a career pivot fueled by alignment with my core values.

Relationships, challenging and tender alike taught me how to advocate for myself, accept feedback, reform a secure attachment, and create connections that work for us.
Closing the gap between mind and body wasn't just healing; it was a rebirth. Now, with an open heart, I am committed to extending a hand to others on their path, helping them find relief from similar struggles and manifest a life they've always longed for. I support clients holistically in cultivating greater well-being and achieving a more fulfilling life in all arenas, from relationships to work to health. Together, we'll help you rediscover and reconnect with your innate wholeness, vitality, wisdom, and power by releasing unhelpful patterns and establishing new, beneficial ones on both a physical and mental level.
Part 1: Expanding Capacity
Juggling mental health symptoms (e.g. anxiety, overwhelm, burnout) at work or in your daily life can leave you feeling mentally and physically depleted, hindering your ability to envision and take steps towards a more liberated, joyful life. Initially, our focus is on providing relief. We'll help you name your experiences, regulate emotions, tune into your body's messages, and compassionately replenish your energy. Somatic techniques like breathwork, mindfulness, self-compassion, gentle movement, and bodily awareness exercises will be our main tools.
Part 2: Inviting Positive Change
It is from this fuller cup that we'll embark on envisioning the life you desire and the values it embodies. Together, we'll craft a step-by-step plan for building this life, setting S-M-A-R-T goals, supporting you as you step into your power, voice your needs, set boundaries, conquer limiting beliefs, and bring your dream life to reality.
