Hi, lovely being!

I’m Victoria, a somatic and fulfillment coach based in San Francisco and working with folks all over the US. I'm here to guide you in achieving the life you've always yearned for through a seamless blend of somatic and fulfillment coaching. My goal is to assist you in finding relief from mental health symptoms (e.g. anxiety, overwhelm, burnout) and then empower you to create an authentic and purposeful life.

 

Why Somatics?

In somatic coaching, we recognize that emotions, thoughts, and experiences aren't confined to our minds but stored in our bodies too (as described in books like The Body Keeps The Score). I specialize in heightening your awareness of these bodily sensations, using techniques like breathwork, movement, self-compassion, and mindfulness to explore and release trapped energy from previous stressors. Unlike traditional talk therapy, I incorporate physical elements to help you gain insights into your emotional well-being, fostering healing across mind and body. 

 

Why Fulfillment?

Somatic work frees up valuable time, energy, and other resources previously spent on managing mental health symptoms. Now, these resources can be redirected to invite more of what serves you into your life (e.g. finding the right career or partner). Together, we'll help you uncover your deepest values, passions, and dreams, create a plan to live in alignment with them, and take meaningful steps toward creating the life you've always dreamed of.
